OWNYOURAI LTD is the data controller for Own Your AI ("OYA", "we"). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website and platform, including AutoReplyPro.

Information we collect

• Account details you provide (email, username, authentication credentials).
• Usage data needed to operate chat, fine-tuning, marketplace, and wallet features.
• Payment metadata processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use information

• To provide and improve the OYA platform, including inference, vault, and marketplace.
• To secure accounts, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
• On paid tiers (LOCK and above), your fine-tuning data is not used to train OYA base models, as described in our product terms.

AutoReplyPro and Google data

AutoReplyPro is a product of OWNYOURAI LTD. If you connect a Google account, we process Gmail, Calendar, and Contacts data only as described here.

Gmail

We read inbox threads you select and create Gmail Drafts. We do not send mail on the default Connect Gmail flow. You review and send in Gmail.

Calendar

We create a calendar event only after you choose Confirm slot.

Contacts

We look up sender photos by email. We do not download the address book.

We do not sell Google user data

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not use Google user data to train general models. We use it only to run AutoReplyPro for you.

How to disconnect

In AutoReplyPro, open the account menu and choose Disconnect Gmail. That stops our access to your Google account for this product. You can also remove OwnYourAI in your Google Account security settings.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers required to run the product (e.g. hosting, email, payments) under appropriate agreements, or when required by law.
